Prices, included features, billing periods, and usage limits are those shown at checkout or in the subscription area. Subscriptions may be monthly or annual. Prices are displayed in euros (€), and applicable VAT is charged according to current regulations.
A plan is activated after selecting a subscription, reviewing the summary, and receiving payment confirmation from the payment provider.
Payments are securely processed by Stripe. An invoice is generated after each payment and made available to the customer.
A free 5-day trial period is offered to eligible new users. During this period, the user receives access to the features included in the selected plan. When the trial expires, the subscription becomes paid according to the selected plan or access to paid features is suspended if no active subscription exists.
If payment fails, one or more collection attempts may be made. Reminder notifications are sent to the user. If payment is not regularized, access to the service may be suspended after 7 days. Access is restored once payment is regularized.
The user may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. Data associated with the account may be kept for up to 12 months after the end of the subscription to allow possible reactivation. The user may request early deletion of their data at any time.
For professional customers, no withdrawal right applies unless otherwise required by law. For individual consumers, a 14-day withdrawal right may apply in accordance with legal provisions, except where performance of the digital service has begun with the user's prior express agreement and waiver of the withdrawal right.
Personal data is kept for the time required to provide the service and, at most, for 12 months after account cancellation, unless the user requests earlier deletion or a contrary legal obligation applies. Personal data requests can be sent to [email protected].
These provisions are governed by French law. In case of a dispute with a professional customer, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts within the jurisdiction of the operator's registered office. For consumers, applicable statutory territorial jurisdiction rules remain in force.
